HTML5 and CSS3 accord effect

While reading more about HTML5 & CSS3 I just found an amazing css3 button styling. This time I wanted to do something which I was doing from past 2 years using JQuery. In this tutorial I am going to teach you how to make a toggle slideDown and slideUp function using CSS3 and HTML5.

JQuery Slide accordion Toggle

we'll share a very common and easy jquery tutorial with you. A JQuery Slide Toggle function
.slideToggle() function is used to hide or show matched elements in a sliding effect.
So the basic syntax is

We’ll shoe you how to create some good looking CSS3 tabs with beveled corners. We’ll do that using a clever CSS3 gradients technique.

This demo will show you how to create this pricing table with the CSS scaling effects,

Tooltip is a splendid invention. Small detail in web design that plays a big role when it comes to user experience. Usually, tooltips are used to present a tiny amount of hidden content (mainly explanatory, so-called tips), that pops up when user moves a cursor over or clicks (less common) on a special target.

HTML5 and jQuery filter images Portfolio

we will be making a beautiful HTML5 portfolio powered by jQuery and the Quicksand plugin. You can use it to showcase your latest work and it is fully customizable, so potentially you could expand it to do much more.

The HTML

Beautiful images animation Waves effect

Makes cool ass lakes.

No license, do what you want as long as it involves some Cool Ass Lakes.

How does it work?

<script src="jquery.js"></script>
<script src="lake.js"></script>
<script>
$(function() {
  $('#lake-img').lake({
    'speed': 1,
    'scale': 0.5,
    'waves': 10
  });
});
</script>

Lake.js takes an img element and inserts a canvas element displaying the image and its flipped reflection directly after the img element.
The new canvas element will be the same width as the original image and double the height.
  • Speed makes the waves move faster or slower.
  • Scale makes the waves higher or shallower.
  • Waves creates more or less waves.
Frames are precomputed, lake.js will slow down page loads but will perform well on lots of devices.

Awesome CSS3 images Stacked Elements

we'll show you how to create a simple ‘stacked’ look to some images.
HTML
<div class="stack">
    <img src="image1.jpg" />
</div>

HTML5 sorting photos Drag and Drop effect

Drag and Drop and HTML5. As you know (I hope), all modern browsers (it should be FF, Safari, Chrome, possible Opera) have native support of this useful feature (as drag and drop). It means that we can use it in our projects, the code won’t be very difficult. And, as the example of practical implementation, let assume that we have to sort some media (images) between some albums.

Step 1. HTML

Pure CSS3 images Slideshow effect

Thanks to CSS3, we can create effects and animations without using JavaScript, which will facilitate the work of many designers.
But we must be careful to avoid abusing CSS3, not only because old browsers do not support all of its properties. In any case, we all see the potential of CSS3, and in this article we’ll discuss how to create an infinitely looping slider of images using only CSS3 animation.

nice CSS3 and jQuery parallax content slider

we want to share a simple parallax content slider with you. Using CSS animations, we’ll control the animation of each single element in the slider and create a parallax effect by animating the background of the slider itself.
The idea for this comes from the slider of the Kendo UI homepage, a framework for modern HTML UI. After we got some requests and questions about how to do something like that, we decided to recreate the effect.

Nice jQuery Walking Navigation

On a single page website with fixed position navigation, it will be nice to tell user on what section they are reading at. In this tutorial I am going to share how to create a walking navigation, on the other words, auto focus navigation based on user scrolling, by taking advantage of both jQuery and CSS animation.
